Klarahuset
The house is over 100 years old, has been recently restored and emerges today as a building of character and identity with an evocative history.
Our next-door neighbours are the Kabelvågmarka common, the sea and the mountains. The house is within walking distance of fishing lakes, rambling trails, mountain paths, an illuminated ski trail, and alpine and freeride slopes. In the winter the Northern Lights can be seen ringside from Kabelvågmarka common. Put on the skis that you will find outside the Nordland house and enjoy an evening on the illuminated ski trail, with the magical northern lights flickering overhead, or the hustle and bustle on the ridge where the ski lodge will be open and where coffee and waffles are on sale at weekends..
The alpine and freeride pistes on the Småtindene peaks are an experience in their own right. In summer a walk on Kabelvågmarka common and in the mountains is recreation in its own right in easily accessible and pleasant countryside. Good fishing in the lakes in summer, ice fishing in winter.
The holiday home is an idyllic, recently restored Nordland house with a hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with four beds.
The Nordland house is tastefully furnished with painted timber walls in all rooms. The house is intended for self-catering.
